Murphy, who hit five three's in a loss to Craig-Fairfax last week, led the Longhorns with 19 points, two shy of her season-best.
Senior forward Brooke Wolf tossed in nine points.
Tied at 4 at the end of one quarter, the Longhorns broke out in the second quarter with 16 points and took an eight-point lead to the half.
Rock Port cut into the lead in each of the final two quarters, but couldn't make up the difference.
Allison Lawrence led Rock Port with 12 points followed by Lesley Kirkland with 11.

The Blue Jays gained almost all of their lead in the first eight minutes, outscoring South Nodaway 17-4. The final three quarters were decided by a total of five points.
South Nodaway more than doubled its scoring output in the second half from 12 to 25 points, but still couldn't gain ground.
Dakota Murphy led the Longhorns with nine points. Nick Coleman, Zeb Coleman and Silas Nielson each had six.
