Northwest Missouri State's football team will make its only scheduled appearance on the MIAA Network in 2013 when it hosts Washburn Nov. 2 on Senior Day at Bearcat Stadium.
The game is the ninth out of 11 that will be aired on the MIAA Network during the regular season.
Northwest could be flexed into another TV game two weeks later when it visits Missouri Western in the regular season finale Nov. 16. The two rivals played for the MIAA regular season title in the final game of 2012 that was carried by the MIAA Network.
The Bearcats made three televised appearances, all at home, during last year's 10-3 campaign and won two of them.
This year's TV schedule opens up Thursday Sept. 5 as defending MIAA Champion Missouri Western travels to Central Missouri. The second week of MIAA play Missouri Southern will travel south to Northeastern State on September 14.
Week number three will feature Lincoln on the road at Missouri Southern on Sept. 21 from Joplin. Central Oklahoma will travel to Washburn on Sept. 28 as the Ichabods look to avenge a loss last season on MIAA TV.
A week later, Lindenwood, coming off a Mineral Water Bowl appearance, will travel north to face Nebraska-Kearney.
Southwest Baptist will then hit the road on Oct. 12 to face Kanza Bowl winners Emporia State. The next week SBU will again hit the road on Oct. 19 this time bound for Fort Hays State.
On Oct. 26 it will then be FHSU's turn to hit the road as they travel to Lincoln. Washburn will travel to NCAA Division II Regional participant Northwest Missouri on Nov. 2. On Nov. 9 Pittsburg State will go on the road to Lindenwood.
All games times and affiliates will be released at a later date, along with the full television schedule.
