Bearcat softball cancels DH with Rockhurst

With most of Missouri covered in snow or rain the Northwest Missouri State softball team has canceled their double-header against Rockhurst that was scheduled for today.

The Bearcats softball team has had nine games canceled this season due to poor field conditions brought on by the weather.

Northwest is currently 10-4 this season and will open conference play this weekend as they play host to Southwest Baptist Friday for a double-header starting at 2 p.m.

Central Missouri will take on the Bearcats at Bearcat Field Saturday for a two game set with first pitch scheduled for 2 p.m.
