Stagestruck at Maryville Middle School

Students at Maryville Middle School watched a group of their seventh-grade classmates take to the stage Thursday for a performance of "Late Night with Rock Stone," a comedy presented by Ashley Anderson's language arts class.

The performance was a warm-up for that night's performance before an audience of parents, family and friends.

"Late Nigh with Rock Stone" tells the story of a television variety host whose show is sabotaged by network executives who want to free up the time slot.

In response, Rock Stone books a wild line-up of guests that include teen heartthrob "Justin Bieber" and the "best woman crocodile wrestler in Louisiana."
