Winter weather changes Bearcat sofball weekend schedule

The NSIC/MIAA Crossover softball schedule has been changed to Friday and Saturday games due to forecasted winter weather in the Midwest.

The Northwest Missouri State softball team will open action Friday with a double-header starting with Sioux Falls at 3 p.m. and closing the day against St. Cloud State at 5 p.m.

Saturday will see the Bearcats play a triple-header starting at noon against Minnesota State followed by a 2 p.m. matchup with Upper Iowa. Northwest will close out tournament action with a nightcap at 6 p.m. against Concordia-St. Paul.

The Bearcats finished a perfect weekend in Arkansas and sit at 7-0 on the season. The perfect start is the best in Northwest history dating back to 1975, the program's first season.
