Woman injured in SUV rollover

A Maryville woman suffered moderate injuries Thursday in a one-vehicle accident on Imperial Road two miles north of Maryville.

A Maryville woman suffered moderate injuries Thursday in a one-vehicle accident on Imperial Road two miles north of Maryville.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Connie D. Hoepker, 48, was southbound in a 2004 GMC Envoy when she lost control of the wheel and rolled off the west side of the gravel road.

The Envoy struck an embankment and overturned then hit a utility pole before coming to rest on its wheels.

Hoepker, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected. She was taken to St. Francis Hospital & Health Services by Nodaway County ambulance. The vehicle was reported totaled and towed from the scene.

The Nodaway County Sheriff's Office assisted Patrol Cpl. T.B. Ziegler in working the accident.
