Wilma Lucille Hiley

Wilma Lucille Hiley, 88, of Columbia, passed to the Lord on January 2, 2013, at South Hampton Place, Columbia, MO.  She was born on October 20, 1924, to Vern Smith and Lucille Lininger Smith, Skidmore, MO.

She married Claude Dale Hiley on January 10, 1944.  He preceded her in death in 1978.

Family and Friends will celebrate her life at the graveside services, 1:00 pm on January 8, 2013, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Columbia, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, Robert Vern Smith, and a sister, Doris Faye Willis.

Survivors are three children: Sharolyn West, Claudia Hiley, and John R. Hiley, Columbia, MO; two sisters: Alice Louise Turpin, Urbandale, IA; Margaret Thompson (Larry) Marvin, Clive, IA; and one brother, Richard Wayne (Jessie) Smith, Maryville, MO; as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Wilma was Grandmother, Great Grandmother, as well as a Great-Great Grandmother.  She also had several step-grandchildren and was delighted with all.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
