One night apart, Nodaway-Holt's girls suffered the same fate as North Nodaway, losing to North Andrew 66-57 Tuesday in Rosendale.
The Cardinals (9-1) controlled the first two quarters, building a 34-20 halftime lead.
Nodaway-Holt (7-2) sliced one point off the deficit in the third and then exploded for 27 fourth quarter points, nearly half of its game total.
North Andrew put up 23 points of its own in the final period, providing enough ammunition to hold on.
Nodaway-Holt junior guard Megan Rosenbohm led all scorers in the game with a season-high 32 points. She hit two of the team's three, 3-pointers. Amanda O'Riley scored nine points and hit a three. Krysta Beattie added five points.
Danielle Chambers led North Andrew with 26 points. Brinsley Oliver scored 13 points. Autumn Hughes also reached double-figures with 10.
The Lady Trojans are back in action Dec. 27 at 5:30 p.m. against Hardin-Central at the NCMC Tournament in Trenton.
