Clora Evelyn Keever

Clora Evelyn Keever, 97, Maryville, Missouri, died Tuesday, October 30, 2012,  at Parkdale Manor Care Center,  Maryville.

Clora  was born May 14, 1915, in rural Worth County, Missouri to Charles Samuel and Myrtle  Dean Harris. 

A graduate of  Parnell High School , she and her husband were owners of Maryville Sewing Machine Exchange and later was a clerk at Holt  Supply and Watkins True Value Stores in Maryville.  

Clora married Edward O.  Keever on June 25, 1939, in Maryville, Missouri.

Mrs. Keever was a member of the First Baptist Church, Maryville.

Preceding in death were her husband and brother Merril "Jack" Harris, and three sisters Gladys Blake, Zella Herndon, and Leota Lyle.

Survivors include son Douglas (Caroline) Keever, Maryville, and daughter Linda (Larry) Rice, Ainsworth, NE, seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great great grand daughter.

Visitation will be  7-8:00 PM, Friday, November 2, 2012 at the Price Funeral Home Chapel, Maryville.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Price Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Rose Hill Cemetery, Parnell, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Clora's  name.
