Local church hires associate minister

Countryside Christian Church has announced the addition of the Rev. Nick Terry to its staff as associate minister.

Terry, who comes from the Joplin area, attended Ozark Christian College. His primary focus at Countryside will be the music and student ministries.

"Nick is passionate about teaching the Bible and leading others to a deeper understanding and relationship with Christ." said the Rev. Vic Coston, the church's lead pastor.

"Nick is looking forward to becoming a part of the Maryville community. He and his family hope to be a permanent fixture in Maryville and at Countryside Christian Church for years to come."

Terry and his wife, Barbara, have three children: Samantha, 8; Lucas, 6; and Lily, 3.
