Pets on parade in Hopkins

The Hopkins Picnic went to the dogs Friday evening — as well as the cats and an occasional bird.

But that wasn't a bad thing as about two-dozen youngsters, and even some animal-fancying adults, gathered downtown for the Picnic's annual pet contest.
